Shop Policies | Blushed Poison Designs

1. Delivery & Format

• Instant Download: This is a digital-only shop. No physical items will be shipped.

• File Access: Once payment is confirmed, your files will be available for immediate download.

• File Types: Most patterns are provided as high-resolution 300 DPI PNG files. Please ensure you have the required software to use these formats before purchasing.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been sent or downloaded, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Troubleshooting: If you encounter a corrupt file or an error with your download, please contact me immediately. I am happy to resend the file to ensure you get what you paid for.

3. Terms of Use (Licensing)

Personal Use: All files include unlimited personal use (crafting for yourself or gifts).

• Small Business Commercial Use: You may use these designs to create physical products (shirts, fabric, bows, tumblers, etc.) for sale.

• Restrictions: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.

• You may not alter the design and claim it as your own.

4. Color Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and your printer/fabric supplier. I recommend doing a small test print before committing to a large production run.
